Received the wrong goods?

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can resolve the matter quickly and efficiently for you:

  1. your order number
  2. the name of the item that you did not receive
  3. the name of the item you have received
  4. a clear photo of the item

- Once we have received the above information, our Customer Support Team will resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible!


Returning an item

Be sure to include the original packing slip with your return, as if we receive an item without a name or packing slip, we will not be able to identify it so it cannot be processed.

We do not currently cover postage costs for returns.

We advise you to send your item by parcel post and keep proof of dispatch in case the item is lost in transit.

Please note that all items must be in their original packaging for us to accept your return. If your order is returned without all of the original packaging, your return or exchange will not be processed.

You can return your item via our portal within 14 days of the delivery date. We cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us outside of this timeframe and cannot guarantee that you will receive your item back.
